Project Design

Documentation

Once the design is resolved, detailed architectural drawings and supporting documentation are prepared to support planning assessment and certification requirements.

DA Approval

We then prepare and manage the Development Application, guiding the project through council assessment with a focus on compliance, coordination and efficient approval.

CC Approval

Following development consent, Construction Certificate documentation is prepared to ensure the project is fully compliant and ready to proceed to construction.
