Chapel & Function Centre
Peterson House - Pokolbin NSW
CAD Design & Draft has developed an ongoing working relationship with a number of established Hunter Valley wineries, including Peterson House.
The sandstone chapel and function centre forms a signature addition to the estate and has been recognised with multiple awards in the Brides Choice Awards.
Members Lounge Building
Peterson House - Pokolbin NSW
Situated adjacent to the main Peterson House building, the Members Lounge provides an exclusive lounge and dining experience for members.
Overlooking the water, the sandstone-clad structure has been carefully designed to complement the existing estate, incorporating a similar gabled roof form to ensure architectural continuity.
New Dwelling - Coal Point NSW
This contemporary waterfront home was designed to maximise lake views, natural light and indoor–outdoor living.
Expansive glazing, open-plan living areas and refined material selections create a strong architectural presence, while seamless connections to the pool and entertaining zones enhance lifestyle functionality. The completed project achieved a record-setting sale for the suburb at the time.
New Dwelling - Warners Bay NSW
This contemporary new residence was designed to capture its elevated outlook while maintaining a refined and cohesive architectural expression.
Layered roof forms, crisp cladding and contrasting materials define the street elevation, while expansive glazing enhances natural light and views. The layout integrates indoor living with covered outdoor entertaining and pool areas, creating a balanced and functional family home.
Alterations & Additions to Dwelling - Wallsend
Located in a bushland setting in Wallsend, this project involved the design of a contemporary pavilion addition to an existing cottage, together with a new swimming pool and partially underground secondary dwelling.
CAD Design & Draft were engaged to develop a modern extension that complemented the original dwelling while introducing clear architectural contrast. The completed project contributed to a record-setting sale for the suburb in August 2021.
Alterations & Additions to Dwelling - Belmont
This comprehensive renovation transformed an ageing elevated dwelling into a contemporary residence with strong architectural identity.
Through strategic design intervention and detailed documentation, the project achieved a dramatic uplift in functionality, presentation and overall property value.
