Construction Certificate

The Construction Certificate stage focuses on confirming that the approved design complies with all relevant building regulations prior to construction commencing. This involves preparing detailed construction documentation and coordinating the required consultant information to demonstrate compliance with the NCC and other applicable standards. We manage the preparation and submission of the Construction Certificate application and coordinate with the certifier to address any requests for additional information prior to approval.

Construction Plans

Construction plans provide the detailed information required to demonstrate compliance with building regulations and the approved development. These drawings expand on the approved design to support certifier assessment and construction readiness.

Structural Engineering

Structural engineering documentation is required to confirm the structural adequacy of the proposed building. We coordinate with a structural engineer to prepare the necessary calculations and drawings, ensuring the design complies with relevant standards and supports Construction Certificate approval.

Consultant Reports

Depending on the project, additional consultant reports may be required to support Construction Certificate approval. We coordinate and integrate these reports as required, ensuring all documentation aligns with the approved design and certification requirements.

Principal Certifying Authority

The Principal Certifying Authority (PCA) is responsible for assessing the Construction Certificate and overseeing compliance during construction. We coordinate the submission of documentation to the certifier and manage responses to any requests for additional information prior to Construction Certificate approval.
