Peter Barnes, Director of CAD Design & Draft, brings over 25 years of experience in the residential building and design industry.
Beginning his career through a trade and technical pathway, Peter developed a practical understanding of how buildings are constructed — knowledge that now underpins his approach to residential design and documentation. This foundation ensures that each project is not only thoughtfully designed, but practical, compliant and ready for construction.
Throughout his career, Peter has worked across a broad range of residential projects including custom new homes, alterations and additions, dual occupancies and multi-dwelling developments. His extensive experience coordinating with engineers, certifiers, planners and local councils provides a strong advantage when navigating both Development Application (DA) and Construction Certificate (CC) processes.
Peter maintains a hands-on role in all projects, ensuring a consistent standard of documentation and a considered, buildable approach from concept through to approval.
