CAD Design & Draft have a long running relationship with various Hunter Wineries including the stunning Peterson House. The recently constructed sandstone chapel & function centre is an award winning building across multiple categories in the 'Brides Choice Awards'.
Members Lounge Building
Peterson House - Pokolbin NSW
Situated adjacent to the main building of Peterson House the under construction 'Members Lounge' will provide a new lounge & dining experience for members. Overlooking the water, the new sandstone clad building will complement the existing structures via the similar gabled roof design.
Additions to Dwelling - Corio Close Wallsend
Nestled away near bushland in Wallsend is a beautiful cottage with a modern pavilion addition, new swimming pool & partially underground granny flat.
CAD Design & Draft were engaged to provided design services for the additions providing a modern extension to the existing cottage. The sale of the property in August 2021 set a new record for the suburb.
